Internship Program

This 12-month training opportunity is for students enrolled in Master’s degree programs that require direct client, group, and professional hours.

At Magnolia Counselling & Co., we view internships as a collaborative learning process. We are committed to offering guidance, encouragement, and space for growth as you begin to step into the work of counselling.

The internship includes:

• Regular one-to-one supervision with consistent mentorship
• Collaborative group supervision and shared case discussion
• Access to specialized trauma training
• Potential opportunities to experience co-facilitating, and leading groups
