I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Simon Fraser University and have spent much of my life in the world of gymnastics, first as an athlete and now as a coach. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the courage it takes to face challenges, embrace growth, and navigate life's ups and downs.
I believe healing begins when we feel seen, heard, and understood. My approach to all conversations is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and authentic connection. I strive to create a supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, gain new perspectives, and move toward a deeper understanding of themselves.
I am passionate about lifelong learning and personal growth, and I look forward to continuing that journey as I prepare to pursue my Master’s degree. It is a privilege to walk alongside others as they discover their strengths and create meaningful change in their lives.
