I believe that we are human first, and that human connection is the foundation for the therapeutic process. I am honoured to walk alongside you during your journey towards healing, processing, growth, and discovery and provide a safe space to listen to, witness, and learn from you. I am passionate about building connection and safety with each of my clients to ensure they are receiving the care best suited to them. 

I believe that each one of us has the wisdom and means for healing already within us. My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-based, inclusive, and relational. I draw from systemic, somatic, and psychodynamic lenses to honour the wisdom and intuition of the body and allow space for experiencing, growth, and process. 

I grew up in the dance world, which has influenced my work as a therapist through acknowledging the importance of movement, and the mind/body connection. Our bodies have so much wisdom and allowing ourselves to listen to this, I believe, is a huge part of the work we do together. Building trust and safety together in the therapy room, as well as trust and safety in your own body and experiences, is the foundation of our work together.
